Music Concert Videos

This is another picture is of the Dandy Warhols at the Prime club in Cologne during their concert in late 2005.

As you can see the action was hotting up when I took this picture, I guess it made all the girls in the audience happy. Personally I feel that it was totally unfair that the female member of the Dandy Warhols was not feeling as hot as the lads

The prime club in Cologne is such a cool venue, if you are ever in the area be sure to check it out www.primeclub.de you can see loads of well known bands (in England at least) in a small venue. The crowds are generally enthusiastic and you can tell that some of the bands such as the Dandy Warhols love playing in the small venues every now and again, and getting intermit with the crowd.

I was watching eddie izzard on BBC America the othe day so i feel that it is appropriate that i put some of the lyrics to the kinks up

Now the funny thing about this song is that this version of the song was banned! How things have changed; the reason that the lola song was banned was because oft he use of  ‘coca-cola’ in the lyrics! the kinks recorded a radio friendly cherry cola version of the song for the radio. It hardly bears thinking about that a song could be banned for product placement, oh happy days. Nowadays it seems like pepsi cola and volkswagen have people writing lyrics for musicians!

Here’s a picture of the shout out louds, whe played as the supporting act fot the magic numbers at gebauede 9 in Cologne. They warmed the place up nicely, I had never heard any of their stuff before but the music of the shout out louds is very approachable so it did not matter too much.
